We introduced over 100 lawyer-automated document templates to SignSpace, enabling faster contract creation. New reporting features allow you to monitor your organisation’s SignSpace usage and download relevant data. In addition, Word documents can now be converted directly to PDF before signing.

Easily track your organisation’s SignSpace usage
With the new reporting features, you can review and download data related to your organisation’s SignSpace usage.
You can generate reports on service usage and use them, for example, for billing and usage tracking. Select the report type you need, define the time period, and generate a report that is stored in the service and available for download once ready.
Automatically convert Word documents to PDF
We’ve made it easier to send Word documents for signing by enabling direct conversion to PDF format before signing.
